    Y-3 Yohji Yamamoto/adidas

    Y-3

    Y-3 is seeking an experienced Sales Associate and/or Keyholder Candidate (20-30 hours/week) with a flexible schedule for its boutique on Melrose. Successful candidates should have a minimum of ONE year of Sales experience at a designer level and an established client book. Prior experience working with Contemporary Sportswear brands is a plus.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Project a professional image and ensure excellent customer service
    • Engage in the art of clientelling
    • Generate and share new ideas for engaging customers and building the store client base
    • Maintain current understanding of all policies and procedures related to current product, sales and services
    • Accept and respond to all projects as assigned by management
    • Assist maintenance of the selling floor and all stock areas
    • Ensure all store operational policies and procedures are upheld in absence of Manage
    • Keyholders: Supervise associates in absence of Manager

    CRITERIA/PROFILE

    • At least 1 year of sales experience in luxury, designer or high-end sportswear boutique
    • Established Client Book is a must for success in these roles
    • Experience with clientelling
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Positive, energetic approach
    • Flexible schedule
    • Keyholders: Ability to pass standard corporate background check
    • Keyholders: Prior leadership experience at retail (i.e. keyholder, team lead, shift supervisro)
